Congratulations to the following eighth graders for a successful academic bowl last weekend.  Thanks to Mrs. Jami Murray and Mrs. Margaret Masters for braving the snowy conditions in Jackson, Missouri to coach the team.  Both teams finished in the top eight out of sixteen teams across the state of Missouri.  Well done, Carley V, Nicole M, Amanda C, Kailey B, Emily M, Rachel S, Logan K, and Kayla R.

SPELLING SUCCESS
Written by Kevin Creutz

Sixth graders Jessica J. and Leslie S. made it a bee to remember for their class, with Leslie coming away as the champion, “outspelling” all the seventh and eighth graders.  Leslie will go on to compete in a written exam held at Maryville University this spring.  G-O-O-D L-U-C-K!
