Life Ministries

Zion's Life Ministries provide spiritual, emotional, and relational nurturing for individuals and families at all ages and stages of life. These ministries provide our members with an opportunity to connect with one another, engage children and parents, enrich marriages and deepen relationships in Christ-centered fellowship.

4-H

4-H is a volunteer-led organization that reaches boys and girls through small groups called clubs and sometimes in classrooms.

Little Lambs

This hands-on Bible curriculum in the style of Sunday School study allows parents and children to interact and nurture through Bible lessons. Parent-led crafts for children and discussions for parents are the primary focus of each session. Children aged 0-4 and their parents/guardians are invited!  Little Lambs now meets in the Church Nursery (Church Basement, off of the Cafe') every other Monday Morning from 9:30 am-11:00 am.  Contact the Church Office if you would like to participate!

Men's Ministries

Zion men connect through regular Bible Study on the second and fourth Saturday mornings of every month. Studies vary and include discussion time on current or timely issues. A light breakfast is served at 7:30 am with study from 8:00-9:00 am in the lower level of the church.

Nursery Ministry

The Nursery Ministry is responsible for the operation of the Church Nursery, located in the lower level of the church. Nursery facilities are available during the services each weekend and during special events that might require childcare, such as the Speaker Series. Parents of small children are invited to use this service by bringing their little ones to the nursery prior to services or events.  Contact the Church Office for more information. If you'd like to volunteer to help out in our Church Nursery, call the church office and ask for the Nursery coordinator.

Scouting Programs

Zion serves as the charter organization for several scouting troops. Troop leader information can be obtained by calling the Church Office.

Seniors' Ministries

Zion offers several ministry opportunities for seniors. These include A.C.T.S and Couples Club.

Stephen Ministry

This group of trained lay members carries out an effective and lasting caring ministry to those members of Zion who are experiencing a crisis that requires consistent, ongoing personal care.

Women's Ministries

The Women's Ministry is another opportunity for women to get together for Bible Studies, retreats, mother/daughter teas and other special activities.  Bible studies are conducted throughout the year and are designed to help women take that special walk with God through study of His Word and prayer.
