Primary Duties:  I am responsible for goal setting and monitoring at Zion, personnel functions, facility supervision and church staff development.  I chair the weekly meeting of the Ministry Leadership Team and work closely with the business manager in the support ministry arm of Zion.

Personal Info:  I retired from the role of high school principal in 2000 and have served at Zion since 2003.  I was the principal at Parkway North and Clayton High Schools in St. Louis County after serving as a teacher and counselor at Lutheran High School North.  My wife Cherie and I have been members of Zion since 1988.  Our three daughters and their families all attend Zion including eleven grandchildren.  I also lead the Men's Ministry of Zion, facilitate the annual Men's Retreat at Mark Twain State Park, sing in the choir and am a frequent teacher of adult studies in addition to my duties as church administrator.
